  2. Order Has Processed & Is Awaiting Freight Pickup & Transport    

    • Typical Duration: 1-2 Business Days.

    • We have reviewed your order details, confirmed payment receipt, scheduled freight pickup of your order, and have made the other necessary accommodations to fulfill your order.  We are now waiting for the freight company to pickup your order. 

  3. Order Has Shipped

    • Typical Duration: 1-2 Business Days

    • Upon receipt of this "Order Has Shipped" order status update, you know your order is on the road or in the air.  Use the tracking number & carrier information we provided to receive up to the minute details of the order’s location and ETA (Estimated-Time-Of-Arrival).

    • Freight carrier tracking information will only be available after an item has been shipped. Please do not contact us for tracking information as we will be emailing this to you no sooner than 72 hours after an order has been placed unless expedited accommodations have been made. We will try to keep you as up to date as possible on your order.

    • In-stock orders processed with us will leave the warehouse within a total of two to four total business days from the first business day following the date of your order....depending on the product ordered.  Occasionally, due to unforeseen circumstances, an order will take up to seven total business days to ship from the warehouse.  

    • Keep in mind, although your item may have shipped out immediately or on schedule, it may take longer than that to receive your tracking number.  Tracking numbers will be sent to you via email as soon as that information becomes available to us. 

    • The carriers' tracking number statuses can take 24-48 hours to be properly revealed on their websites.

  4. Estimated Freight Carrier Transit Time

    • Typical Duration: 4-6 Business Days

    • The shipment time with the freight carrier, though highly variable and outside our direct control, can be assumed at four to six business days...depending on the product ordered and your location.  Occasionally, due to unforeseen circumstances, an order will take up to seven business days to reach your location from the warehouse while in the possession of the freight carrier.   

    • Generally we will ship all orders via Fedex, UPS, Estes-Express, RL Carriers, YRC Freight or other freight companies depending on the weight of the product.  We reserve the right to use any carrier.   


 

Shipping Concerns

We respectfully request our customers be reasonable in bringing any and all concerns about delivery of their product to their location in advance of shipment to prevent concern, frustration, delay, and additional costs deemed the responsibility of the customer.  

  • Additional freight charges assessed to us by the freight company due to shipping specific locality circumstances that do not allow for standard semi-truck (18-wheeler) access to the customer's location not announced by the purchasing customer at the time of order placement/transaction and while the item is in transit will be passed onto the customer.  

  • Freight charges deemed excessive by us regarding freight deliveries due to adverse delivery conditions in a locale realized by us (and/or by customer announcement to us during order placement) prior to shipment, will be brought to the attention of the purchasing customer prior to shipment at which time the customer will be given the option to bare the additional freight charges to complete the transaction or receive  a refund in full.  Examples of situations that may cause a post transaction increase in freight cost to your order may include, but are not limited to: 

  • Bridge laws & height restriction

  • Access restrictions

  • Road (width or weight) restrictions

  • Island deliveries

  • Deliveries requiring ferry/plane/train/courier transport

  • Other road restrictions

Door To Door Service

Door to Door Service comes standard with packages less than 150 lbs.

For shipments greater than 150 lbs., we provide the following options to add "Door to Door" service for the following fees for which we are charged by our freight carriers:

  • 150 – 224 lbs.                           $125

  • 225 lbs.-499 lbs.                       $150

  • 500 lbs.-1000 lbs.                     Requires quote

Equipment weighing more than 150 lbs are delivered by a semi-truck. Semi-trucks are designed to unload at loading docks and freight terminals and are not typically equipped to deliver products at ground level nor are the drivers required to “dolly” your equipment from the truck to your building.  You will not need door to door service if you have a forklift, freight terminal, and/or loading dock.

However, if you are a residential customer you will likely need at least lift gate service  or full “door to door” service in the event you are without assistance from 2-4 strong, willing, and able-bodied people at the time of delivery to help unload the equipment and “dolly” it to your location.

 “Door to Door” service includes both:

  • Lift Gate Service: Lift gates come on specific trucks equipped with a hydraulic lift to safely lower your equipment from the truck deck, approximately four (4) feet in the air, to the ground (curbside). 

  • Delivery From Curbside To Your House Or Building

The fee is assessed to our company by the carriers that is then passed onto you is due in large part to the coordination required to make sure your delivery truck is equipped with the lift gate, dolly, or other required equipment as much as it is the simple act of lowering the piece of equipment down from the deck using the lift gate mechanism and wheeling to your location. 

Door to door service is a great choice if you do not have the equipment or manpower to unload and move your equipment from the curbside.  The following additional terms apply to “Door To Door” service:

A) When requested and the freight carrier's operating conditions permit, the carrier may move shipments or portions of shipments from or to positions beyond the immediately adjacent loading or unloading positions.

B) Service under this item will be provided to floors above or below the level accessible to carrier's vehicle only when elevator or escalator service (lift gate) is available and labor, when necessary to operate same, is provided without cost to the carrier.

C) Service provided under this item will be assessed as indicated above and/or subject to a minimum charge of $125.00 per shipment.  When shipments are accorded split pickup, split delivery or stopped in transit for loading or unloading, the minimum charges will apply to each stop separately wherever the service is performed.

D) The seller and freight carrier will have no liability or responsibility for damages or injury to persons or property resulting from “Door To Door” delivery services performed by carrier.

E) Customers requesting that seller and freight carrier perform “Door To Door” services will indemnify, protect, save and hold harmless the seller and freight carrier from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, cost and expenses, of any kind imposed upon, incurred by or asserted against the seller or freight carrier, arising from, connected with or resulting from the “Door To Door” services.

1. Canceling Your Order?

Cancellations are routine. PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO STOP PAYMENT IN ORDER TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER WITH US. We will happily cancel and refund your order if you follow the steps below:

  1. Order not shipped? We can cancel and issue a full refund.

  2. Must contact us before item ships.

If you fail to cancel before shipping, refer to situations 4 or 5 below.

2. Accepted Delivery With Product Damage (Non-Freight Carrier Caused)?

Test your product within 10 days. Report non-freight workmanship issues as a warranty claim. Follow manufacturer instructions.

Keep all original packaging until damage is assessed, as it may be needed for claims.

  1. Document damage with pictures.

  2. Notify us via email with photos and a brief description.

3. Accepted Delivery With Product Damage (Freight Carrier Caused)?

If noticed during delivery, write "Possible Freight Damage" on the receipt to ease claims later.

Follow similar steps for documentation as above.

4. Accepted But Decided To Return?

Return within 30 days if unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Contact us within 10 days for RMA and instructions.

If return requirements are unmet, the warehouse will refuse the item, and no refund will issue.

5. Cancelled Shipment In Transit?

Contact us in writing to cancel before shipping for a full refund minus a 25% restocking fee.

6. Refused Delivery (Damage)?

Notify the freight company to return the item. Follow up with notification to us within 6 hours of refusal and document damage.

7. Refused Delivery (Non-Damage Cancellation)?

Notify us within 6 hours. Unopened and unused items are eligible for a pro-rated refund if RMA obtained.

8. Unit Return & Replacement?

Return if advised, and follow our protocol for repackaging and return.

9. Unit Return & Refund?

Follow our protocol for return and RMA, with refunds processed based on the situation.

10. Special Order Items?

No returns on special orders or dropshipped items. Follow manufacturer policies for warranty claims.

At 1% mix

  • For every 100 gallons of water, you need 1 gallon of gel.

  • A 5-gallon bucket will make about 500 gallons of finished spray.

At 3% mix

  • For every 100 gallons of water, you need 3 gallons of gel.

  • A 5-gallon bucket will make about 165 gallons of finished spray.

  • 1%: Lighter coating, good for prevention, larger coverage.

  • 3%: Thick coating, sticks longer, better if flames are close.
