30 days from delivery date for full refund eligibility
1 year warranty covers defects and performance issues
ELIGIBLE RETURNS
Full Refund Available For:
Unopened systems in original packaging
Systems with manufacturing defects
Performance issues that don't meet specifications
Damage during shipping
Partial Refund Available For:
Opened systems returned within 30 days (subject to 15% restocking fee)
Missing non-essential accessories (prorated refund)
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Fire retardant gel/foam - Cannot be returned once opened for safety reasons
Used fuel - Please drain fuel tank before return
Systems damaged by misuse or normal wear
Systems returned after 30 days (warranty coverage still applies)
RETURN PROCESS

Email or call within 30 days of delivery
Provide order number and reason for return
We'll provide return authorization number (RMA)
STEP 2: PREPARE FOR RETURN
Drain all fluids (fuel, oil) - Required for safe shipping
Include all original components - pump, hoses, nozzles, accessories
Original packaging preferred - helps ensure safe transport
Clean equipment - Remove dirt, debris, gel residue
STEP 3: SHIP BACK
Use provided RMA number on all packaging
Customer responsible for return shipping costs
We recommend insured shipping for full value
Original shipping costs are non-refundable
REFUND TIMELINE
Inspection period: 5-7 business days after we receive return
Refund processing: 7-10 business days to original payment method
Full refunds: Original purchase price minus original shipping costs
Partial refunds: Adjusted for restocking fees or missing items
